About the Tribe

Our focus has been on fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie. CrossFit Santry isn't just a gym; it's a supportive community.

Over the years, we've witnessed countless stories of transformation stories of individuals who came to us seeking change and left with newfound strength.

EXPLORE OUR PROGRAMMES

General Programme

Our general programme is written in house by our Programme Director Gary. This provides a diverse and challenging approach to fitness, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, gymnastics, and mobility work to help our members improve their physical performance and overall health. 

Our main class follows one programme which is tailored to meet the needs of all our individual athletes no matter their circumstances. Under the guidance of our certified and professional coaches, scaling ensures safety and effectiveness.

Gymnastics

Our Gymnastics programme is designed by our gymnastic coaches Anto and Gary. The programme covers all elements of gymnastics found in the general programme. The class takes place once a week and has a main theme that is covered usually over three weeks.

Weightlifting

Our weightlifting programme is designed by our weightlifting coaches Martha and Dave. The programme focuses on the two main lifts - Snatch and Clean & Jerk and some accessory work that compliment these. Its main focus is improving your technique in these lifts.

Community

I started with the Tribe in August 2023 and in a really short space of time I noticed huge changes. Not necessarily to my body, although that comes as a given when you train 4-5 times per week, but more so to my mental health. Being surrounded by such positive, outgoing and really down to earth people, both coaches and members, is like a medicine that works for everyone, regardless of age, weight, gender or any other contributing factor that’s stopping someone trying it out. I NEVER in my wildest dreams thought I’d be able for a class, never mind that I’d end up loving it, but I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve made in a few years. Do yourself a favour and invest in yourself this year! Your future self will thank you for it.

Results

The Tribe is by far the most welcoming and supportive community I have ever been a part of. I joined the box as a young teen who was quite unfit after the few years of COVID, and with the help of spectacular and very supportive coaches I became more physically fit and much more confident. I cannot thank the coaches and the entire community enough for all that they have done for me.
