
CrossFit Santry Membership Policy
At CrossFit Santry, we prioritize transparency and exceptional service for our members. The following policies outline the terms for membership cancellations, missed payments, and membership pauses. By purchasing a membership at CrossFit Santry, you agree to abide by these policies.

1. Cancellation/Termination Policy
1.1 Notice Requirement
● A minimum of 30 days' notice must be given to terminate a membership.
● Notice must be provided via email to crossfitsantry@gmail.com.
1.2 Termination Process
● The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle following the 30-day notice period.
● Failure to provide the required notice will result in the next month's fee being charged as normal.
1.3 Exceptions
● In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, management may waive the notice requirement at their discretion.
1.4 Policy Amendments
● CrossFit Santry reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email.

2. Missed Payment Policy
2.1 Missed Payment Handling
● If a membership payment is missed through LegitFit, the member will be contacted via email.
● Failure to pay after subsequent attempts will result in immediate termination of the membership.
● It is the member’s responsibility to repurchase their membership before returning to classes.
2.2 Exceptions
● In genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions may be considered upon valid documentation.
● If the missed payment is due to technical issues with LegitFit, fees may be waived upon verification.

3. Membership Pause Policy
3.1 Eligibility & Duration
● Members must have an active membership for at least three consecutive months to be eligible.
● Membership pauses can range from a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of three months.
● Longer pauses may be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to management approval.
3.2 Request Process
● Pause requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance via email to crossfitsantry@gmail.com.
● Requests must include the start date, return date, and reason for the pause.
3.3 Dues During Pause
● Membership dues will be suspended during the pause period.
● Any prepaid membership fees will be credited to the member’s account for future use.
3.4 Resuming Membership
● Members must confirm their return at the time of the request or at least 7 days before the pause ends.
● Standard billing will resume on the next scheduled billing date upon return.
3.5 Limitations
● Pauses cannot be applied retroactively or extended beyond the original reinstatement date.
● Pauses do not extend the overall membership duration beyond its original expiration date.
3.6 Exceptions
● Exceptions for medical reasons may be granted upon providing appropriate documentation.
3.7 Change of Membership Type
● Change of memberships between Gold, Silver & Bronze requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance via email to crossfitsantry@gmail.com.
● Where possible a member may switch to a higher membership type during their billing period provided the increased rate is paid for at reception

CrossFit Santry Class Policy
At CrossFit Santry, we prioritize the safety, effectiveness, and enjoyment of our classes for all athletes. To ensure a smooth and productive training environment, we have implemented the following policies:

1. Booking and Cancellations Policy
1.1 Booking Classes
● Members can book classes up to 48 hours in advance.
● Booking availability opens exactly 48 hours before class start time to ensure fair access for all members.
1.2 Cancellations
● For classes starting before 10:00 AM: Cancellations must be made at least 10 hours prior to class.
● For classes starting between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before class.
● Late cancellations will result in the loss of a class credit.
1.3 No Shows
● Members who fail to attend two booked classes in a month will be charged a €10 fee.
● If a member no-shows a sold-out class, they will incur a €10 fee, regardless of prior no-show history.
1.4 Class Cancellation by Management
● If no members are booked 90 minutes before class start time, the class may be cancelled at management’s discretion.
● Classes may also be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of management.

2. Late-to-Class Policy
2.1 Late Arrival Limit
● Members arriving more than 5 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class.
2.2 Safety Considerations
● Late arrivals may not be permitted to ensure proper warm-up and instruction, reducing injury risks.
2.3 Exceptions
● In case of unforeseen emergencies, management may grant exceptions at their discretion.

3. Children Policy
3.1 Supervision & Safety
● Children under 16 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.
● Children are allowed in designated areas only and must stay away from equipment.
3.2 Behaviour Expectations
● Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in being asked to leave the premises.

4. Dog Policy
4.1 Leash Requirement & Behaviour
● Dogs must be on a leash at all times and well-behaved.
4.2 Cleanliness & Consideration
● Owners must clean up after their dogs.
● Be mindful of members who may have allergies or sensitivities.
