PROGRAMMING
At CrossFit Santry, we offer a wide variety of programmes to cater for all. Check them out below!
General Programming

Our CrossFit programme is written in house by our Programme Director Gary. CrossFit
provides a diverse and challenging approach to fitness, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, gymnastics, and mobility work to help our members improve their physical performance and overall health.
Our main class follows one programme which is tailored to meet the needs of all our individual athletes no matter their circumstances. Under the guidance of our certified and professional coaches, scaling ensures safety and effectiveness.
Weightlifting
Our weightlifting programme is designed by our weightlifting coach Dave. The programme focuses on the two main lifts - Snatch and Clean & Jerk and some accessory work that compliment these. Its main focus is improving your technique in these lifts.


Gymnastics Programme
Our Gymnastics programme is designed by our gymnastic coaches Anto and Gary. The programme covers all elements of gymnastics found in CrossFit. The class takes place once a week and has a main theme that is covered usually over three weeks.
