CrossFit Programme

Our CrossFit programme is written in house by our Programme Director Gary. CrossFit 

provides a diverse and challenging approach to fitness, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, gymnastics, and mobility work to help our members improve their physical performance and overall health. 

Our main class follows one programme which is tailored to meet the needs of all our individual athletes no matter their circumstances. Under the guidance of our certified and professional coaches, scaling ensures safety and effectiveness.

I started with CrossFit Santry in August 2023 and in a really short space of time I noticed huge changes. Not necessarily to my body, although that comes as a given when you train 4-5 times per week, but more so to my mental health.
