Our Gymnastics programme is designed by our gymnastic coaches Anto and Gary. The programme covers all elements of gymnastics found in CrossFit. The class takes place once a week and has a main theme that is covered usually over three weeks:

I started with CrossFit Santry in August 2023 and in a really short space of time I noticed huge changes. Not necessarily to my body, although that comes as a given when you train 4-5 times per week, but more so to my mental health. Being surrounded by such positive, outgoing and really down to earth people, both coaches and members, is like a medicine that works for everyone, regardless of age, weight, gender or any other contributing factor that’s stopping someone trying it out.
